Mortgage Advisor which provides extensive mortgage calculations and analysis.
One of the best features in Mortgage Advisor is it's ability to analyse the effects of additional payments on your mortgage. Sometimes it's possible to reduce the interest cost of your mortgage by many thousands of dollars by making a small additional payment per month.
It includes a Mortgage Schedule that shows a summary of your mortgage period by period. It shows total interest, capital reduction, the outstanding balance, accumulated interest and capital over the period of the mortgage.
The Mortgage grid shows a range of mortgage amounts and interest rates around the values you have entered so that you can see the effect of increasing/decreasing the total mortage amount and changing interest rates on your monthly repayment.
It allows 8 types of interest compounding and repayment periods including weekly, monthly and semi-annually.
There is also a pie-chart showing a cost breakdown of your mortgage.
Mortgage Advisor supports US and Canadian mortgages as well as mortgages in most other countries. |

Budget Advisor provides an easy way to keep track of your monthly budget.
Budget Advisor allows you to create a budget for the entire calendar year to cover regular monthly expenses as well as items which are only applicable to particular months.
The budget is split into categories, each of which can have different budget items. You can have up to 50 budget categories, each of which can have 50 budget items. This means that you can have a total of 2500 budget items.
Once your Budget is created, you can then enter actual costs against budget items for each month as they occur. This allows you to track how your budget costs compare to the actual costs in total, by Category, or by Budget item. You can also check this for a particular month or for the entire year.
There is extensive graphical and reporting analysis of your budget data to help you analyze exactly how effective your budgeting is, and to help you adjust your budgets for the future accordingly.
